A number of individuals involved in acts of corruption within the Sukamiskin Correctional Institution( Lapas) in Bandung City have been granted a reduction in their prison sentences in conjunction with the 78th anniversary of the Republic of Indonesia’ s independence.
Kunrat Kasmiri, serving as the Head of Sukamiskin Correctional Institution, revealed that out of a keseluruhan of 324 inmates in the institution, 237 of them have received a reduction in their prison sentences as part of the remission process. Among these names are Setya Novanto and Pemimpin Nahrawi.
“ In accordance with our ide, remissions have been granted to 237 individuals, and we are grateful that the related Decree( SK) has been issued.
